Access
Confirm the right client reaches the right gallery.
Open the exact client link in a private browser window before sending it. Verify the client name, session title, proof count, access instructions, and studio branding.

Selection
Make the requested decision impossible to miss.
State how many images are included, how the client should mark them, whether favorites must be submitted, and the date by which the studio needs the decision.

Production and delivery
Explain what happens after the client clicks submit.
The client should know that submitted images move into retouching, what the expected timing is, and how final files will be delivered. The studio should know where the approved set and notes will be recorded.
