1. Using LumenProof

By using LumenProof, you agree to these terms. If you use LumenProof for a studio, business, or organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms for that studio, business, or organization.

2. Accounts and Workspaces

Studio admins are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for activity inside their workspace. You agree to provide accurate account information and to let us know if you believe your account or gallery links have been misused.

3. Studio Content and Client Galleries

Studios keep ownership of the images, logos, copy, client information, and other content they upload or create. You give LumenProof a limited permission to host, process, display, email, package, and deliver that content as needed to provide the service.

Studios are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for the images, client data, branding, and messages they place in LumenProof.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use LumenProof to:

• break the law or violate another person's rights;
• upload content you do not have permission to use;
• send spam, malware, deceptive messages, or abusive content;
• attempt to bypass security, rate limits, tenant boundaries, or access controls;
• store sensitive regulated information unless we have agreed to support that use in writing.

5. Billing and Subscriptions

Paid plans, trial details, usage limits, and renewal terms are shown in the product or checkout flow before purchase. Billing may be handled by a third-party payment provider. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated otherwise.

6. Product Changes and Availability

LumenProof is an evolving SaaS product. We may add, remove, or change features as the product develops. We work to keep the service reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information, client gallery data, and service providers.

8. Third-Party Services

LumenProof may rely on third-party providers for hosting, storage, email delivery, payment, security, analytics, or support. Their services help us operate LumenProof, but we are not responsible for third-party products outside our control.

9. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using LumenProof at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if an account violates these terms, creates security or legal risk, or remains unpaid after reasonable notice. After termination, some information may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers and Liability

LumenProof is provided as is and as available. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for LumenProof in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as LumenProof changes. If updates are material, we will take reasonable steps to make the update visible. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
